The room is bright and located very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and the Saturday market.

Nice interior of the rooms with wooden floors. Pets are allowed. Free of charge coffe and other hot beverages from a coffee dispenser. Very nice and helpful staff.

The assortment of the breakfast buffet could have been a little bit broader, and the restaurant seems to be closed for the time beeing, so the information provided in the internet should be updated.

The room was lovely, very modern and comfortable. The ensuite was very spacious and again very modern. The price included a buffet breakfast which was very enjoyable and made it great value for money.

The reception staff seemed to be very helpful, but recommended a place to park which actually became a market the next morning and our car was towed. It was a nightmare getting the car back.. The reception staff told us after that signs inthe lift warned us of the market but we had simply taken his advice tyo park there. Other than this the hotael was overall excellent. Just make sure you don't park in the market square!

Impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious room with good lighting, plenty of power points, and a particularly good shower. Excellent breakfast with fresh baked goods, quality coffee, and a variety of options. Delicious dinner in the bistro with a well-stocked bar. Exquisite location near the city center, easy transportation access, and fabulous service from the owners.

The room was fantastic with bright decor and two comfortable single beds.

The staff is really friendly. The furniture is new and modern. The bed is confortable, and the bathroom is ok. The room where breakfast is served is really nice, and you can have for breakfast fresh fruit or natural juice (no hot dishes)

The room (deluxe room) is really small, no space for bagagge. They forgot clean my room one day. Expensive for the value.

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and pristine bathroom facilities. The attention to detail, such as the clean towels and reliable WiFi, really stood out. Additionally, having breakfast included, complete with fresh pressed orange juice, was a wonderful touch.

No major issues to report here, everything was just fine.

We found the hotel very relaxing and peaceful,just ideal for a weekend getaway.

A wide range of food for breakfast, it was fabulous. The room was brilliant and updated, included with coffee, 2 single beds, the bedroom. The location was great, at a short distance from Casino Kursaal Ostend.
